Enabling SAML Single Sign-On
Updated: April 19, 2021
You can enable SAML single sign-on for all role types (staff members, contributors, and attendees).
To enable SAML single sign-on in Engagez
1. Sign in as an admin to the venue where you want to set up SAML Single Sign-On
2. Navigate to Administer > Features tab from the Configure section
3. Scroll down to the “REGISTRATION AND SIGN-IN INTEGRATION” section
4. Check SAML Single sign-on
5. Click on the pencil on the right side of this option to open the configuration section.
6. Configure your Identity Provider with the given Single sign on URL and SP Entry ID.
7. If your Identity Provider (IdP) provides a metadata link, copy the link into IDP Metadata URL. (This is all that is required if you have a metadata link). You may also provide IDP URL, X.509 Certificate and optional Single Logout URL.
