Disable Booth Notifications for Exhibitors
Updated: March 12, 2021
To control notifications for a booth’s exhibitors, follow the instructions below.
Note: Only admins can control all of a booth’s exhibitor notifications at once.
1. Navigate to the booth whose exhibitors have requested to turn off notifications. To get there, head to the Exhibit Hall (or its equivalent name) and choose the booth from the list.

2. Choose the UI Design tab on the left, and click Interaction Panel > Edit Style.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and uncheck the box that reads “Show Attendee Entrance Notification.”

4. Exhibitor Staff will no longer receive pop-up notifications when an attendee enters their booth. They will still have access to the visitor history in their Visitor Log in the Interaction Panel.
