Add a PDF to a Booth

PDFs are often supplied for Booth Exhibitors for attendees to learn more about a product. Follow along for a step-by-step walkthrough on how to add a PDF to your booth.

1. Open your venue and navigate to an Exhibitor Booth that you would like to add a resource to. Locate the panel that is labeled Resource.

2. Click on the menu bar in the corner of the Resource panel. Then click Add Resource(s).

3. To add a PDF, make sure the Type is on Files. Then click Select.

4. This will open up the Media Library. To upload a PDF, click Upload.

5. Then upload your PDF from wherever you have it located. Once it has been uploaded, click Insert.

6. This will automatically create a section for you to fill out additional information about the resource, such as a title and a description. Click Publish when you have finished.

7. Now your new Resource will appear in the Resources panel.
