Add Resources to Venue

Follow along for an introduction to adding resources at the venue level.

1. Navigate to Administer > Resources from the back end and click Add Resource

Tip: You can also use the Resources front end menu to do quick actions such as adding resources or folders.

3. Click Select and the media library will pop-up automatically. Click Upload to add new documents into your Media Library. (Your Media Library hosts all files, images, videos and the like that will appear in your venue.)

4. If you don’t have any images of your own, check out the Shared Image Library. Here, Engagez houses free extra images to use across any page in your venue.

5. Click any media to see its file size, dimensions, and access other properties. 

6. If you have uploaded a video, special options will appear in the Properties section, such as Closed Captioning and auto-generated thumbnails.
