Download Resources from the Platform

Download Resources from the Platform
This article will demonstrate how to download a session or any other asset in the platform from the backend. Follow along below for a step-by-step walkthrough on how to download these resources.
Note: To download an asset from the backend of the platform, you must be an Admin or a Contributor.
1. Open your venue and click on the Media Library under the Administer tab.

2. In the Media Library, locate the asset you would like to download.

3. You can search for a specific file by using the search bar in the upper right-hand corner, or you can filter assets by typing. To do this, use the dropdown menu listed next to “Show:“.


4. Next click on the asset you would like to download. The information about the asset will appear on the right hand side of the Media Library.

5. Copy the URL from the right-hand side of the screen and paste it into another tab. Alternatively, you can hit the download button in the corner.

6. If you paste the link into another tab, click the three little dots on the menu bar to download the asset.
