Booth Chats and Inquiries
Updated: November 2020
Booth Chat and Inquiries
This article is dedicated to showing you the basics of the booth message modules. Read each section to understand each module. Here’s an example booth:

Note: Each of the panels listed below may be integrated in different ways depending on the desired booth design. In the example photo above, some of the panels are in one panel/window.
Interaction Panel:
The interaction panel can show you the designated booth staff.

Visitor Log Panel:
The visitor log can show you and the booth staff the entrance and exit times of any attendee.

Group Chat Panel:
The group chat panel is a public chat panel that anyone can use to interact with booth staff.

Note: On the group chat panel, attendees will be able to see other user’s picture and name while your own will always look like the picture above with no picture or name.
Alternatively, attendees can privately chat if online or message a booth staff member. Simply click the name of the staff member listed to pull up their panel.

Note: The chat button will not appear if the attendee/user is offline. Additionally, the message button will send an email to the attendee.
Tip: You can use this process to message any attendee in the venue
Inquiry or Social Media Panel:
The inquiry or social media panel will likely have a “Submit an inquiry” button which allows attendees to send an email to the company of the booth staff.

Those are the basics of booth message modules. Now you can confidently use the booth chats and inquiries features!
